Justin and I explored more of our new home yesterday and today! We went to Fort Independence, which is a really large fort that Justin flies over almost every day as he is landing here in Boston. He was very curious, but to be honest, there was not a lot to it and no information to read...we were both disappointed. It was still really fun packing a picnic and enjoying the afternoon together. It was really foggy/hazy (almost spooky), still warm though! Justin made us a great lunch and we got some good exercise walking the paths! Today, we went to the New England Aquarium and Whale Watching (yeah)! The Voyager III took us an hour and a half off the coast of Boston to view mainly humpback whales. It was really foggy in the beginning, but just as we were approaching the best whale spot the fog cleared and we could see far off into the distance-it was amazing. We saw many different whales coming up for air and swimming along the boat (a little bit in the distance), and we also got to see a humpback breaching many times in a row. Our guide said that this is very rare to see! It was very fun...I only wish I could have touched them. The pictures are not great because we both wanted to actually enjoy watching them. The aquarium was very fun and filled with interesting creatures. I love the seals and penguins. Justin is a fan of the puffer fish and sharks. We had a great time playing tourists for the day!

Jenny and Brandon tied the knot on Friday, August 3rd with a beautiful catholic ceremony, followed by a fun-filled reception! From the dress to the flowers, to the meal, and good company...it was an awesome day! Jenny and Brandon also had different activities surrounding their wedding for family and friends to get to know each other! She and Brandon have wonderful families and friends, and it was fun getting to know them! Justin and I enjoyed sharing in their wedding day and being guests at a wedding so soon after our own...it was nice to see it from another perspective! Congratulations to a beautiful couple! They are on their way to Jamaica, where they will be honeymooning for a week!
