One more fun one from Thanksgiving. I was surprised at how fast he went up the stairs-this is just a short clip of it :)

PS I'm glad we don't have stairs because our moover and groover, aka Noah, would want to climb them all the time.
So...one of the highlights of Thanksgiving had nothing to do with Noah or food, but rather some super funny kids (and Justin-haha!)

and, a group of well-respected adults-ya sure!

I was about ready to pee my pants (excuse me for that lovely visual), but really, I would have been on the ground rolling had there been space :)

On Thanksgiving we went up to my parents house for the first part of the day and then we went to Dana and Steve's (Murray's brother) for our Turkey Dinner. Noah loved all the festivities and watching the "big kids" play Wii. He also LOVED our dinner. He was able to eat most of what we ate and that was super fun! Below are some fun pictures of the day!

Checking out his cousin John Daniel

The boys

This picture was so funny at the time...
Noah would not look at the camera; he just wanted to look around. Murray and Justin decided to "be like Noah."

Hanging out with Auntie Tricia

He loves dogs!

So cute!

He LOVED watching the big kids (we won't mention that Justin was often part of this group :)

See, I told you!

On Sunday my mom, Auntie Chris, Noah, and I met in Corte Madera for a shopping visit. I hadn't been shopping (I mean shopping shopping ladies...) since before I was pregnant-you do the math-that's a long time. I didn't actually buy any clothes, but I did manage to snag a good lookin' pair of boots, some household items, and of course some fun things for the little mister; it's more fun shopping for him anyways! My aunt and my mom spoiled us and found some nice things for themselves as well, don't believe me??? Just take a peek below at the Mighty Uppababy...

I like LOVE my stroller and this is just one of the many (alright fine, less important, but still way cool) reasons why I like love my stroller. Sad thing is, we had already made one trip to the car and you can't even see all the bags. No we did not put smaller bags inside larger bags, I swear. Let's just chalk it up to helping the economy. Alright, moving on to pictures of Noah :)

At the end of our shopping excursion ( P.S. Noah was a champ) I took him over the the play area. At first I cringed at the thought of him playing and crawling on the dirty dirty floor, but then I moved past that and thought about how fun it would be to watch him at his first park-like setting. He loved crawling all around and had fun crawling up onto the structures -something he has just begun doing.

Not to worry, I cleaned his hands off very well before we left!
Adios for now :)
Noah has really been into standing up and holding onto things, so we borrowed this musical standing toy from Jaime and Jared. He loves listening to the music and "dancing." He gets really into it! Have a great week and stay tuned for more videos (Justin is out of town so blogging is a little slow going...)

7 months

Such a big big boy we have on our hands! Noah is 7 months old and so much fun! He loves all things crawling, bouncing, standing...or should we just sum it up with all things active :)

Noah has been up to lots lately, here are some things he loves to do:
Crawl all around the house
Bounce in his Jumperoo
Play outside
Sit in the grocery cart
Have playdates with friends
Crawl up to the fireplace
Pet the cat (more like grab)
Eat food
Play with his new standing toy
Sing songs
Sleep through the night, yes, Mommy and Daddy have been up to this as well :) :)
Giggle to fun noises that we make
Crawl up to the fireplace
Go for walks
Crawl up to the fireplace
Did I mention...crawl up to the fireplace!!!!

This is what we do all day long...

Noah crawls over to the fireplace and once he has been there for a few seconds we go over and say "hot" and bring him back into the center of the living room. We do this over and over again. He is OBSESSED with it.

Up next...a few fun videos...until then enjoy your weekend!

It Warms My Heart

I just love watching the relationship between Justin and Noah grow. Justin is so in love with him and Noah just can't get enough of how fun Daddy is. It seems that every day there is something that occurs that just makes my heart melt. Last night Justin returned from a 3-day trip and came home to Noah already asleep. He went in to see him sleeping in his crib and after a minute or two of him being gone I looked over at the monitor and found this:

He spent a good minute or two just leaning over with his head touching Noah's head. It brought the biggest smile to my face :) I can only imagine what the future brings! I love my boys so so much and cherish their relationship.

Cat Bowl

Why is Noah naked you ask?

Well, for the THIRD time Noah knocked over Sophie's water bowl (and by knocked, I mean put his face into) because he is crawling like a maniac and we keep it in our kitchen area. So today I made a permanent change and moved it-duh! I guess it's time to go around the house and see what else Noah can get himself into. All the kid wants to do is crawl. He plays with toys for like 2 seconds and then he's off-I think it's still a novelty for him :) So fun!!!

Halloween

Halloween was very fun for the Little Mister! We began our day with my school parade. Noah showed off his chicken costume and loved watching all the people. In the middle of the day we went back and he had fun hanging out at our classroom party. The children loved him and were so good with him :) He was also a favorite amongst the parents. A little bit later we went on up to Healdsburg to help Nonni pass out candy to the little ones who trick or treat around the plaza. There were so many cute costumes. We finished off our night walking around the neighborhood. Justin and I wanted to see the chaos of Skyhawk. There were definitely a lot of children, but what was more telling, were all the cars coming and going, as well as parked on the street. Noah was a cute little chicken and he had a fun-filled day! He was a trooper!
